How do I make an appointment?

Making an appointment is easy! First, you will need to create an online account with us. You should have received a Lauren Studios Client ID by email or mail. Use that Client ID here to create your online account. From there, just follow the prompts to make your portrait appointment.

I need to reschedule my appointment. How do I do that?

To reschedule your appointment, log into your account HERE using your Client ID # and the password created when you set up your account. Once you are logged in, click on “Check Appointments”.  Then click on “Cancel Appointment”. Once your appointment has been cancelled, just click on “Schedule Appointment” to reserve a new appointment time. Appointment reschedules can only be made up to 24 hours before your appointment time.

There are no more appointments available, but I still haven’t taken my photo. What do I do?

We always recommend that you schedule an appointment as soon as possible, however, sometimes life gets in the way. It is possible that we will have more appointments available at a later date, but this is not a guarantee. Please keep a lookout for emails from us and continue to check back on the appointment tab to see if more appointments have been added.
